About Attorney Rodney F. Durham

Rodney F. Durham graduated from West Texas State University in 1978, and South Texas College of Law in 1984. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR), the Fifth Circuit Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (FOSSCR), and the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). Over the past 3 decades, Attorney Durham has represented hundreds of disabled clients who were successful in receiving Social Security Disability and SSI Disability Benefits. He Has represented individuals with Social Security Claims before Social Security Administrative Law Judges at hearings, and at all other levels.
